Shipping

Same-day shipping on most in-stock orders received by 2 PM Central, Monday–Friday.

We ship from our warehouse at 920 Remington Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173 to all 50 US states. Standard ground shipping arrives in 1–5 business days depending on destination. Expedited options (next-day air, 2-day air) are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service level. For large or heavy items (bottoms, cylinders, complete power units), freight shipping is automatic — we’ll quote freight separately on those orders.

Order tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking link in the email.

International shipping

We ship to Canada via standard freight. For other international destinations, contact us at cs@prtparts.com for a freight quote.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-fabricated parts and special-order items are non-returnable.

How to start a return

1. Email cs@prtparts.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We’ll send a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the items back in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the items at no charge and arrange return shipping for the original.

Restocking fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns over $500 of standard-stocked items, and to returns of items shipped more than 30 days ago. No restocking fee for defective items, shipping errors, or returns within 14 days.
